LPN or Medical Assistant Degree Preferred High School Diploma or GED Required Good knowledge of medical terminology Use of correct terminology, spelling and grammar in documentation.

Analytical and problem solving skills.

computer, printers, fax machine, copy machine, telephone The Physician Office Coordinator is responsible for and oversees day to day operations of office, which includes, scheduling, nursing, patient care, staffing and maintenance.
Cross trains in all positions with the capability to train new staff Review office schedules in advance and incorporate physician vacation, Meeting and time out of the office Complies data for any needed reporting and runs appropriate reports on a timely basis Knowledge of HIPPA and OSHA regulations Conducts employee reviews and maintains employee files Responds to patient call and complaints as needed Ensures patient friendly office environment and quality customer service Trains staff in computer systems Work to decrease risk management issues throughout the office Approves employees time for payroll processing Recommended Skills Analytical Audio Equipments Cpr Fax Friendliness Information Technology Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
